The existing layout of this apartment in North London meant that the bedroom area situated on a mezzanine level overlooked the kitchen with little privacy from both noise and smell.

By removing the steel hand rail and installing a single glazed glass partition, our customer now has acoustic privacy and cooking smells no longer enter the bedroom.

Complete with crittal banding which was in keeping to the apartment's decor as well as laminated safety glass due to the height, our customer was very satisfied with the final result.
